The ground rules for using Padel Player: what our guides are for, prices and stock, playing safely, affiliate links, copyright and the law that applies.
Last updated: 21 October 2026. By using padelplayer.ie you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
1. Our guides are information, not personal advice
Everything on Padel Player is general information to help you choose gear and find somewhere to play. It is not professional coaching, medical or financial advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account.
2. Prices, stock and venue details change
Product prices and availability come directly from retailers and can change at any time. Venue details are accurate on the date shown on each card. Always confirm the final price with the retailer, and the court price and booking terms with the venue, before you pay.
3. Play within your limits
Padel is a physical sport and injuries happen. Warm up, build up gradually and use equipment that suits you. If you have a health condition, have not exercised for a while or feel pain while playing, talk to your GP or a physiotherapist. We are not liable for any injury or loss that results from playing padel or from acting on general information on this site.
4. Purchases are between you and the retailer
We do not sell anything ourselves. When you buy through a link on this site, your contract is with the retailer, and their terms, returns policy and customer service apply. Some links earn us a commission, as explained in how Padel Player makes money.
5. Links to other websites
We link to rule books, venues, news and research we think are useful. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of other websites.
6. Our content belongs to us
The text, comparisons and layouts on Padel Player are our own work. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy or republish our content without permission. Product images and names belong to their respective brands and retailers.
7. We may update these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
8. Irish law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
